Hours Of Operation

OPEN YEAR ROUND from 6:30am to 10:00pm

Drug-Free Zone

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. No smoking or drugs of any kind allowed in the park.

No Littering

It is your responsibility to clean up behind yourself.  There are garbage cans placed throughout the park. Garbage cans will be emptied several times a week.

The picnic shelter, basketball court and sports field will be available for rent at the park. To utilize spaces at Kelley Park, please click HERE to create an account on Community Pass.

• Once you have created an account, log into your account and click on Facilities in the top menu bar.
• Select the Facility type that you would like to reserve:
  • Basketball Court
  • Park
  • Playground/Playfield
  • Shelter
• Scroll down the list and select Kelley.

Please make sure you submit your reservation at least 60 days in advance of your planned event.
